Kamlesh Mhashilkar
Kamlesh is a highly accomplished senior leader with over three decades of experience in Data, Analytics, and AI. He was a key leader at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he led the AI Practice for the US Business Group with a specialisation in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Public Services. A pioneer in the field, he drove growth, innovation, and strategic direction for major global initiatives. Key Highlights: Senior Leadership at TCS: Led the AI Practice for the US Business Group, focusing on strategy, architecture, and solution delivery. Held P&L responsibility for a Data & Analytics cluster under the Analytis & Insights Unit. One of the founding members of TCS's Business Intelligence and Performance Management (BIPM) Practice, instrumental in its growth and success. Innovation & IP Creation: Conceptualized and built several proprietary TCS frameworks and solutions, including BIDS™, TCS DATOM™, TCS DIME©, and TCS Decision Fabric™. He is an inventor with 10 granted patents and 4 pending patents in the fields of AI and Information Management. Global Client Impact: Successfully led the delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients and major institutions. Dr. Gulshan Rai
Dr. Gulshan Rai is a thought leader in India in the space of Cyber security and e-governance with three and a half decades experience encompassing policy development and operational implementation.Dr. Rai served as the inaugural National Cyber Security Coordinator in the Office of the Prime Minister of India. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s cybersecurity policy and strategy. He is a member of several prestigious global boards, including the International Red Cross, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the United States-India Business Council. He also serves on the boards of organizations such as NSE, NSEIT, Aujas, UTIITSL, and Rediff, as well as in advisory roles for the startup Credavenue, the National Cooperative Development Corporation, and other notable enterprises.Before his tenure as National Cyber Security Coordinator, Dr. Rai held key leadership positions at the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY). He was the Director General of CERT-In (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team), where he spearheaded national cybersecurity efforts. Dr. Rai also led the E-Security & Cyber Law Division and other divisions within the Standardization Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Directorate.Dr. Rai played a significant role in the development of the Information Technology Act, 2000, India’s second technological legislation, and contributed to the drafting of several related policies. As a member of the Data Protection Committee, he was instrumental in the creation of the National Watch and Alert System, a key initiative to strengthen India’s cybersecurity framework. Furthermore, he led Indian delegations to the United Nations to negotiate norms of behavior in cyberspace, as well as discussions at the World Trade Organization (WTO) regarding the internet domain.In the realm of taxation and finance, Dr. Rai contributed to the design and implementation of the Income Tax PAN Number and the computing architecture at the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC), Service Tax, and GSTN. He continues to serve on the Technical Advisory Committee overseeing IT upgrades and cybersecurity measures at CBDT, CBEC, and GSTN, in addition to heading the Cyber Security Board at GSTN.Dr. Rai also played an instrumental role in the early phases of computerization at the Bombay Stock Exchange and in the implementation of MICR at the Reserve Bank of India. His expertise has been pivotal in numerous large-scale national computerization projects, including systems at major financial institutions such as Syndicate Bank, Vijaya Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, and Allahabad Bank. As Executive Director of ERNET India, Dr. Rai led the establishment of the country’s first large-scale education and research network, fostering collaboration with leading academic and research institutions. He was also a driving force behind the development of the National Knowledge Network (NKN). His leadership continues to influence IT solutions in critical sectors, including finance, taxation, law enforcement, and more. Dr. Rai's contributions to national and global cybersecurity, technology policy, and infrastructure development have been extensive, and his expertise continues to shape the future of IT and cybersecurity in India and beyond. Dr. Rai holds a PhD and a MTech Degree.

Udham Singh is a distinguished, senior finance executive and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of international experience across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He has a proven track record in strategic financial leadership, cross-border corporate governance, and multi-country operational oversight. A visionary community leader and public speaker, he is recognized for pioneering professional networks and fostering expatriate community relations. Core Competencies: 1.
